Buying a business in Reservoir?

Hi all,

I'm interested in a business in Reservoir. My experience tells me that Reservoir is not the best suburb around with lots of WWII soldiers calling it home and i wonder if it's good to operate a business here? can anyone please advise on the local environment and opportunity? Thanks !!
