我的一个朋友开了一个小店，他的员工中午吃饭时间是付工资的，可有时鬼子会超时。还有几个鬼子收银经常随便给他们的熟人打折，有时免费拿一些小东西，还有就是有时一聊起天来半个小时一个小时的，他想定一些店规，但英语不好，俺英语也很差，不知是否可以请大家帮忙用英语写一下，大意就是：

1，不能免费送人东西，
2，对没有折扣卡的客人不能打折。
3，工作时间不可以长时间与人闲聊
4，每天上班时间不足6小时的午餐时间为20分钟（付工资），每天上班时间超过6小时的午餐时间为30分钟（付工资）。

谢谢帮忙，第4条的大意是说，每天工作时长在6小时和6小时以内的员工，可以有20分钟的带薪吃饭时间。每天工作超过6个小时的员工，可以有30分钟的带薪吃饭时间.
