签了offer但不想做了，会有什么损失么。。。

帮朋友问，已经付了500定金，但遇到些问题现在不想签合同了。。应为只前shopping center manger 说打合同要3000元，不知道会不会让我们承担这个费用，而且不知道他有没有开始准备合同。。。

offer上这样写：upon acceptance of this off by the lessor,formal lease documentation will be prepared by the lessorS solicitors and the cost of preparing documentation, statutory charges including stamp duty are to by payable by each as outlined in the Retail Shops lease Act 1994
