Melbourne - Part Time / Full Time E-Marketing & Office Administration Assist

Our office is located in Preston (close to public transport) and we are looking for the perfect person to join our team.

Commencing in a part time capacity, 2-3 days per week (days / hours flexible), with potential to become full time if this suits.

Key Selection Criteria
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written are a must
• Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, Social Media and general computer based tasks.
•Use of initiative and mulch tasking
•The ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision and to deadlines
•Demonstrating a pleasant, obliging and helpful manner to colleagues and external parties

Duties & Responsibilities

• Development, production and execution of all e-marketing campaign components.
• Assisting for the website information update, social media pages, branding and e-newsletters.
• Co-ordination of articles, advertising and print materials.

• Providing direct administrative support to the sales team.
Answering incoming calls, processing mail.
Providing administrative support to management and sales team where required

Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential, your remuneration package will reflect your experience.
