The Workplace Computing Delivery Coordinator ensures that the technology services required by its employees are delivered efficiently and effectively. This role will facilitate the delivery of support through its technology service providers for infrastructure and telecommunications in the arena of office equipment and applications, mobile technologies and services, videoconferencing and audio-visual services. Key accountabilities for this role include:
· Manage the contracted support services from providers;
· Assess and analyse requirements and facilitate the provision of office equipment and applications via the relevant service providers;
· Facilitate the evaluation and selection of mobile technologies and ensure alignment with corporate standards;
· Manage and facilitate technology services required for meetings, off-site conferences and presentations;
· Provide advice and subject matter expertise on relevant technologies and solutions.
We are seeking applications from candidates with a tertiary qualification in IT or a related discipline, who are ITIL certified (minimum foundation level). You have had prior experience in a desktop support role, worked in outsourcing and are customer service orientated in your approach. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and you are able to influence and negotiate effectively. You excel at data analysis, solving problems and you are a successful project coordinator.
