I have a house as my principle residence, but I rent it out since 2010 until Feb 2012, last year I brought a land, I haven't built  the house. I am selling my house now. recently I received land tax assessment notice from SRO (state revenue office), ask edme to pay land tax for these two lands, very confused. could anyone know land tax knowledge and give me some explain? thanks

一年中租出去6个月以上就要交land tax啦,你买的那个vacant land是打算建principle residence 吗,如果是应该有机会豁免
