My friend's company wants an IT engineer to join their IT team. (Sydney)

IT support engineer (Help desk)

Able to plan, install, or repair Microsoft Windows Server, and Microsoft Exchange
Good knowledge of AD, WINS, DHCP, DNS
Good knowledge Windows clustering and load balancing (WLBS)
Good knowledge of networking and TCP/IP
Some knowledge of applications (IIS, Web filters, SQL, ISA, Mail filters)
Helpdesk tools such as CA Service Desk, Remedy or Clarify
Problem Solving
Excellent communication Skills
3-5 years IT support experience
Microsoft certification
