自己名字申请的ABN，需要开business 账户收款，还是私人账户也可以

因为工作的关系，需要给海外的公司发invoice,所以申请了ABN
现在碰到的问题的，收款的账号一定要申请business 账号，还是个人账号也是可以的。

我其实咨询过银行，银行说如果公司名字不是人名，那肯定不行。
现在business name 和 我名字一样，应该可以。银行让我汇一笔试试看，昏倒！

我觉着我这个和有些筒子提供ABN No. 给这里的公司查不多性质。

To be honest with you I cannot see your question is related to tax so far.

I don't think the ATO will advise you to use business account or personal account to receive your business income.

ATO's main concern is that you declare your business income on your tax return correctly, as long as you have done that, it is cool with them.

Personally I think this is really a personal question and maybe your customer may have a preference as to which account they will pay into.
And also I have some confusions with your statement.

When you say 自己名字申请的ANB, do you mean you set up your business as a sole trader?

Then you mentioned 银行说如果公司名字不是人名, does that mean your business is actually a company. I am not clear on your business structure.

可以把ANB改成ABN吗

既然做生意，还是找个会计资讯一下，不是很贵

sole trader ato不会要求一定有business账户
company一定要有

报税那里没有问题，正常申报就好了。
其实这也不算生意，更有点像contractor。短期的。
当初就是担心海外公司打钱进来，这里的银行不credit 到个人账户。问了银行，那个工作人员也不是很清楚，所以来问问。
