周五上班了,有个Miiss Call, 原来是一个老人院的经理打的,我帮人提供Reference.
后来她Email给我需要回答的问题,如果有需要的人,可以参考一下
How long have you known the applicant?
What was their position/title held during their employment?
How would you describe their personal presentation at work?
How would you describe their attendance at work?
Did they have any extended or regular absences due to sickness?
What were the applicant’s duties?
Can you describe their strengths?
Are there any areas of development?
How would you describe their general attitude to work?
What level of supervision was required for the applicant? Would you say they work best independently or in a team?
What interaction did the applicant have with peers and how were they received?
Are you aware of their reasons for leaving the company?
How would you describe their overall performance? If given the opportunity would you rehire them?
