公司做cost management的问题

还想请教哥哥姐姐们一个问题：

我发现我们公司好像没有财政预算的，呵呵，因为这个学期学CA，正好学management accounting and analysis,再看看实际，就发现，怎么我们公司的financial controller好像都要求我们会计部门做预算，分析。

请问，大家公司里需要做预算吗？

还有一个cash flow计算的问题。当时，在学校里算cash flow可是重点，但我公司里都没有要求我做过cashflow,请问，大家的情况是怎样的？

我需要。。正是因為預算這個東西我加班到沒日沒夜的。。通常是公司的management accountant很負責，然后各部門的頭頭很給我們預算，然后我們再做分析之類的。

cash flow是我們公司的GL負責，不確定其他公司是不是也這樣？我倒是希望有機會學一學這個

Your guys are so lucky at least in big organisation has independent department with separation of the details of jobs and responsibilities.
For me, example accounting tasks you name it I have to do it! I am not kidding...
Auditors, board, governments, management are getting more demanding with budgeting (labour, operational and individual projects), cash flow forecasting and projections, and etc.
Sick of it everyday to clarify and explains why the variance exists and what we can do to solve the problems.
Are they listening? Who cares about?
