每年的performance review大家都怎么写？ 头疼中。。。

大家的performance appraisal form的怎么填压？以前都是选择题，现在这家公司都是问答题，我真不知道怎么写，郁闷坏了。看看我们公司的题目。。。

has the past few months been good/bad/satisfactory or otherwise for you , why?

what do you consider to be your most important achievements of the period?

what do you like and dislike about working for this organisation?

what elements of your role do you find most challenging?

what elements of your role interest you the most and least?

what do you consider to be your most important goals and initiatives in the next year?

这还只是section 1,还有好几个section 呢，烦死了，憋了半天了啥也写不出来。。。

我都是做很routine的工作的，follow procedure 就好了，不知道怎样写achievement呢。

感觉就像interview,interview还可以吹吹牛，编造一点，这个大家都知根知底的，不知道怎么写呢？

routine的，就是说你没有插座，meet所有的sla，有时候还exceed expection，这个就是你的achievement。

like和dislike么，就可以说说，like team，dislike 办公室太远啥的。

你说得没错啊，就当是一次实话实说的面试好了。要是你不指望大幅加薪的话，就全部中庸的写一下

goals and initiatives 不要乱写，要不白纸黑字地记录下来了，人家明年就会一条一条地来问你做了没？这个比较烦。
