今天看ACA (Australia Current Affair),提到食品添加剂621 MSG 的危害,把我吓了一跳.

The food additive 621 MSG is most obviously found listed on a label as 620-622. However MSG is contained in may other ingredients food where it is not listed so conveniently但是MSG可能含在其他食品中,但并没有在食品标签上列出来. To avoid MSG in all its disguises be on the lookout for:比如下列名称可能会是被掩盖的MSG.
Hydrolyzed vegetable protein水解植物蛋白, potassium glutamate钾酸盐 , sodium caseinate钠酪蛋白, hydrolysed protein, hydrolysed plant protein, autolysed year, plant protein extract, calcium caseinate, hydrolysed oat flour, yeast extract, textured protein and generally anything hydrolosed.
Other ingredients that MAY contain MSG include broth肉汁, malt flavoring麦芽调味品, some flavours and spices, seasonings, malt extract, bouillons肉汁清汤, stock and stock subes, and some natural flavourings.

One way to reduce MSG is to avoid foods with flavorings added and if you look for additives in the range 620-637 and avoid foods that list them as ingredients you will vastly reduce your intake. |
