据SMH 报道，银行有个楼花/Apartment 黑名单，我们来看看研究一下，就了解为什么 政府的Rental Affordability Scheme 的开发，和很多 serviced apartments, resorts or student accommodation （譬如悉尼的 Unilodge） 不能买，因为被银行列为高风险。

我没担心过。就是让大家知道。

您有所不知，很多 serviced apartmetns / student accommodation 被推销的狠，说是顶级投资业物，有些还保证租金3年啥的。

我去年也差点买了，说是能够保证5年租约等等。后来一个做地产的朋友告诉我，这点租金还不如存银行。而且此类地产升值慢，还不容易出手。

恩。。很悲的冤枉钱。看看 Broadway Unilodge 和黄金海岸的地产行情就可以一斑。（后者不属于报道中的类型可是 it's the same shit, just different smell.）
