Position:Full Time + Car
Area: Adelaide CBD
Environment: Networks, Server, Desktop. IT Infrastructure.

Essential:
* Excellent communication skills with a passion for customer service.

Preferred:
* Can-do all-rounder.
* Solid IT support skills
* Windows background across networking, server and desktop
* Competent use of Microsoft Office applications
*relevant industry certification & or tertiary qualifications
* 1-2 years experience

The Role:
We require a level 1 IT Support Officer to work within a team environment and provide daily operational support. A client facing role that encompasses level 1 Desktop, Network and System support working with a highly technical competent team.

Work will include general client operational work; proactive maintenance, installations; liaisons with other business units and partners.

We are looking for a well presented professional, can translate Tech Speak into normal English (lay terms) and a ‘no job is too big or too small’ work ethic.
