做法如下:
1. 准备4个约125ml的容器,薄薄抹些油以便脱模。
2. 把milk, sugar, vanilla bean paste倒入锅中,over low-medium heat and cook, stirring occasionally, for 6-8 minutes or until almost simmering (do not boil).
3. Pour into a heatproof bowl, sprinkle over gelatine and whisk until dissolve. Cool mixture for 10 minutes.
4. Add yoghurt and whisk to combine. Divide among moulds, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4 hours or unitl set.
5. To make compote, heat berries, sugar and 1 tbs cold water in a saucepan over low heat, stirring, for 2 minutes or until sugar dissolves. Cool.
6. Turn out panna cotta onto plates, spoon over berry compote and serve immediately.
