Dear Customer,
Thank you for your request.
Unfortunately, it is with sincere regret that due to technical limitations beyond our company's control, we are unable to proceed with your ADSL2+ application.
We have identified that our third party provider is presently unable to provide the ADSL2+ service on your telephone line as it is configured in such a way that it is incompatible with ADSL2+ Services.
The telephone line connected at your premise is on what is called a "Pair Gain" system. This means that your telephone service is sharing a copper wire between your premise and the local telephone exchange with another telephone number. While a "Pair Gain" system is perfectly adequate for normal voice transmission of telephone conversations, it will not allow the full output of data for an ADSL2+ Connection.
For the meantime, you may want to consider changing your current ADSL1 package to one of our Broadband O! ff-Net Plans. For a detailed listing of all our Broadband Off-Net plans, please visit http://www.tpg.com.au/products_s ... ng/broadbandoffnet.
Please let me know if I can assist you further.
Kind Regards,
收到这信是不是说完全没戏了?
还有就是那个Broadband Off-Net plans是神马啊? |
