Education Services Administrative Assistant
(Part-time) - Mascot NSW (close date: 20/06/2011)
Our Customer Service Department - Education Services is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team at Mascot. The purpose of this role is to assist in providing administrative support, co-ordination, logistical support and planning services to the National Education Services Team and facilities.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
•Effective use of a Learning Management System (LMS) ensuring that all training booking & administration is carried out in a professional and faultless manner
•Assistance in co-ordination of training schedule, travel and accommodation bookings for all internal and external customers (including Dealer community)
•Assistance in printing and delivery of relevant training collaterals to assist facilitators in face to face training
•Collation and maintenance of all reporting, records management and invoicing in both hard and soft copy format e.g. Training Attendance, SCADS, OH&S and Course Completion Certificates
•Maintaining adequate stock levels of all training device consumables, office and training room stationary
•General ad hoc administration duties to Education Services Team and participants
•FXA values are clearly demonstrated and championed
To be successful the following criteria is essential:
•Helpful can-do attitude
•Excellent organisational skills
•Minimum 2 years administration experience in a customer service environment
•Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
•Strong multi tasking ability
•Medium MS office skills
•An ability to work independently and as part of a team
•Friendly and proactive customer service skills
•An ability to meet deadlines
