143 补料--要求父母的出生证明

去年6月初交的103， 三周前重新交了143， 今晚刚收到补料信了。其它都好办，但要求父母的出生公证，我之前交了护照复印件了（JP签字的），但好像不管用了，信的原文：

In those countries where individual certificates are unavailable for birth, death, marriage, divorce etc, applicants should provide the necessary information in the form of Affidavit/Statutory Declaration/Notarial Certificate and supply certified copies of the applicant’s Family Book/Household Register where these details are registered.

我的理解户口本公证好像也行，但上一辈都去世了，户口本上也没名字了，怎么弄阿》 求大家帮帮忙，出出主意

是到以前你和父母户口都在一起的时候的那个派出所开证明，然后凭这个证明去公证处公证就可以了。
