我家的7800N的wireless不工作了找了半天没有找到billion的联系电话

上次坏的时候也是找不到电话，Email联系的。
后来去MSY退了。

thanks all, they still ask me go and submit the ticket.
any once have idea what that will be?
once i turn on the modem, everything working well, after few hours, the wireless fuction stop working, but still shows connect to my laptop without data receive/sending. interenet light is green and using local cable connection is fine. So only wireless function is not working.
then I turn off the unit and restart day after. first few hour working by order, then same issue.
I have called Level 1 support and explain everything.
Did reset to factory mode and take off the wireless security code. still not working correctly.
I am base in Melbourne, please advise where I can send the unit back to get fixed.

无线不工作的时候, 尝试在笔记本上断开无线连接重新连接一下吧. 话说我家mbp也时常这样. 我觉得是笔记本网卡的问题, MacOS和Windows7下都这样. 在家里和UNSW图书馆里, 都出现过.

I don't think so, as 4 of the laptop have same issue. Thanks anyway, i will update these information to Billion onlinehelp as well. in case they come with same conclusion.
