签了一个casual的合同...just check the contract.. there must be some conditions ...do you still under probation period?
if under probation period ..can not help u.. u sign and agree already..
however, i have dealing one case before. client sign casual contract with enployer and actually worked Mon-Fri as full time
position for 5 years. employer did not pay any super and annual leave..
therefore, we write a letter to employer to tell him he break law, he must pay super +interest charge.
under ATO law, even you sign casual contract, but act full time staff (monthly income >450aud), employer must to pay super |
