mentor不肯签名怎么办？

有兄弟姐妹试过被MENTOR刁难不肯签名的吗？只因为mentor也是老板不满意你换了工作和离开。
发邮件去cpa咨询问了几次，那里的人回答就是打太极，不正面给解决方法，怕负责任。
难道我的一年的工作经验就不能争取了？
请高人指点阿！！万分感激！！！！

It's always difficult to accept a job offer without upsetting your current employer (especially you only gave a short notice)....Try to take him out for dinner or something (bribe maybe?) ...-_-"

Sigh...should have asked him to sign off  and asked for a payrise before u gave them the bad news....... du have any frds in ur old company who can prove ur work experience?   like other team leader or manager ? or HR ?  ...get them to write u a letter to CPA Aust...listing ur duties detaily...that way u can claim ur experience as Recognition for Prior Experience....

relax...nth much u can do...focus on exams....i didnt start my mentorship untill years later...been working in different roles in different industries for  2.x year ...claimed back 1.4 year worh of experience...iv asked my 2 previous employers to sign off the letter that Id drafted...they've amended them abit and signed off...

i could only claim back partially becos all my bosses were not qualified...

I got my last boss to sign off the letter 3 months before i left....lucky my relationship with my previous previous boss wasnt bad neither ...so he helped me quickly...

the only stupid thing that i didnt do was to ask for a payrise before nick off... ..cos that's the way u bargain for higher pay when ur looking for new jobs...

if u had someone to sign off the Prior Work Experience letter....I dun think CPA Aust will contact ur boss for checking ur work exp claim ....they will contact that person directly....
but if CPA Aust knows about ur case....tell them to log ur case to someone like a case manager and tell them u gona get someone else from work to prove it...

im worried too...cos i didnt notify CPA Aust within 30 days of changing my workplace.....   but when i was filling out the form... it doesnt say anything about it only about the change of mentor  time frame..... so i submitted the form that i got my TL to sign plus the cover letter that i wrote to CPA  explains the situation... hope it goes well too...
