我们公司招人,职位是Document Controller。这个职位是两年的fix term position,part time. 具体一周工作多少小时我不知道,可以面试的时候谈。我不是人事部的,贴在这里纯粹是转贴给想找工作的桐子看看,也是一个机会。我们公司在ASX前50,各方面的条件还算不错。工作地点在North Ryde。有兴趣的同学请把简历发给我,我会转发给公司人事。截止日期:23-Mar-2011 17:00PM
To be successful in this role you need to display the following skills and attributes:
• Experience in using a database to record and manage information. (Experience in records management ideal, but not essential.)
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
• Strong administration skills.
• Ability to enter data in pre-defined categories with a high degree of speed and accuracy.
• High concern for quality and order; ability to minimise errors and maintain high standards of work; develop and maintain systems for organising work and information.
• Ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups
