请问有人上过这个课程吗？尤其做护士工作的，难读吗？读完后有多大机会去教书或做 CLININAL EDUCATOR 呢？

是TAE40110 certIV workplace training and assessment吗？
这个不是很难读，几个月就够了，但是有些作业必须是给别人培训讲课的报告。
主要是针对职业培训的，是找培训工作的必要条件。

To develop a career as a nurse educator in a health setting there is no mandatory postgraduate course which must be completed. However, postgraduate studies in education are beneficial to the role. Increasingly, clinical nurse educators require either a postgraduate certificate in nurse education, a Master of Nursing, or as a minimum a Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training。
