In addition to, and without limiting, XX's rights of termination set out in clause 10.2 of this agreement, either XX or consultant may terminate this agreement for convenience upon 4 calendar weeks' notice to the other party.
Here 'upon 4 calendar weeks' notice', Is it a must 4 calendar weeks' notice? Can I still give 2 weeks' notice?
