Experience in Financial Planning. (Rg146 would be an asset)
Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin
Be a team player

It would be desirable to have:

Relationship Manager experience in Banking
Business Development skills
Ability to Network and grow your portfolio
Lending experience.
