Job description:
• Provide support to Director of HR in the United States to deliver company-wide programs and initiatives such as goal setting, annual performance review, talent planning, etc.
• Interact with BU management level and employees with initiative, be familiar with the status of development of department and staff; and put forward corresponding measures for kinds of problems.
• Participates in formulation of HR policies and procedures. May recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed. Will need to translate from Mandarin to English.
• Lead recruitment and interview to meet business requirements.
o Create job descriptions, source, screen, and interview to identify candidates
o Handle interview schedules
o Conduct reference and background checks
o Develops and executes customize recruiting plans to attract top talent
o Promotes the organization as an employer of choice
o Arranges travel and lodging for applicants, if necessary
o Maintains records on recruiting activities, as required
• Manage and process visa requests.
• Set up effective and variety routes to ensure excellent communication flow through regular team.
• Responsible for keeping current on Chinese industry trends and employment legislation to ensure compliance in our employment policies and practices. Assures corporate compliance with employment labor laws.
• Advocate and build simple, positive organizational climate to ensure the healthy growth of the organization.
• Assist with the healthy development of HR back flat function; participate in the drawing up of HR comprehensive solution.
• Other duties as assigned in support of the Human Resources Department
Job Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree in business administration, human resources or related field of study.
2. Four years or more working experience in HR area and minimum one year all-around HR management experience.
3. Be familiar with day to day management of HR processes; thorough knowledge of each kind of management tool, skill and resources.
4. Strong sense of responsibility and principle, good communication and coordination skills; analytical minded and quick thinking.
5. Fluent English and Mandarin- both written and oral communication skills.
6. Knowledge of sourcing methods, and best recruiting practices and strategies.
7. Creative, self-starter, inquisitive, intuitive and multi-tasked oriented.
