刚刚开帖问了pair gain的问题，目前从tpg得到的答案如下：

In relation to your query, once we submit your application for Transposition process or the removal of Pair Gain System you will have to supply an ADSL offnet plan to proceed.
Pair Gain System automatically reject the ADSL2+ service even if we request Transposition because we don't have any agreement with Telstra to do this.
There are certain instances wherein after transposition the line becomes ADSL2+ compatible. This, however, is not guaranteed.
”
有点confuse.
TPG提到的 Request for Transposition process or the removal of Pair Gain System 是指物理性的从房子那里重新接线到exchanger 吗？
TPG是指Telstra 不一定会  remove Pair Gain System 从而导致 adsl2+不能开通，还是说就算telstra   remove Pair Gain System ， adsl2+ 也不一定能通？

懂行的达人给解个惑吧。是不是非要重新拉条电话线才行啊？
