LEAVE LOADING IS PAID BY EMPLOYER; NOT YOU.

WHETHER IT IS PAYABLE DEPENDS ON COMPANY'S EMPLOYMENT AWARD OR WORKPLACE AGREEMENT.

Yes, if you cash in your AL, co need to pay you LL

Hey, it depends on company policy, some comp wont have LL, some do.
and you also need to check your agreement, whether you are covered by modern award,(after 1 Jan 2010 or before). If it's before, you should have the agreement with your employer in writing whether it's OK to cash out holiday.

If there is LL, that's paid when you actually take annual leave. When cash out, you are not actually taking leave. I dont think you will be paid that LL. Check the NES, or Fair Work Act website.

I agree with you ..

if you go for real holiday ,they will pay you LL
but if you cash out you annual leave, they wont pay you LL as you do not really take holiday.hehe

谢谢大家的回复。情况是这样的我是公司里做PAYROLL的有一个工人想cash几天annual leave（人还是来上班的，没有去休假）。,老板不知道要不要付给他leave loading.我网上也查不到。
