Required skills and experience

Option 1 - Mid Level Flash Developer Sydney CBD and North Sydney - 3 month Contract

    * 2/3 years AS2/AS3 Development
    * Design patterns
    * HTML,CSS/XML/JavaScript and AJAX
    * Exceptional communication skills

Option 2 - Junior Flash Developer Sydney - Permanent $40 - $50k package

    * A proven track record of previous success and determination
    * At least one year’s experience in a similar agency environment
    * Basic knowledge of AS3 and/or AS2
    * Working knowledge of Rich Media technologies and ad-serving platforms
    * Dedicated, with proven accuracy and attention to detail
    * Responsible attitude – willing and able to be accountable
    * Personal, enthusiastic and committed – capable of gaining trust and respect from colleagues

Option 3 Senior Flash developer - Permanent $85 -$95k package

    * A proven track record of previous success, passion and determination
    * 3+ years’ experience in a similar agency environment
    * 1+ years’ experience with line management, appraisals and/or recruitment
    * A portfolio of well polished, recent, relevant interactive work
    * Excellent knowledge of Flash, including best practice development, OOP, processes, common design patterns, MVCS frameworks
    * Passion for usability and accessibility
    * Dedicated, with proven accuracy and attention to detail
    * Personable, enthusiastic and committed – capable of gaining trust and respect from peers and line
