Thank you again for your time and loaning me the dollar which I will give back!
We are very excited by the possibility of you joining the team. I have put together a list of requirements of the role discussed today. If you could read over and advise that you are capable in meeting these requirements it would be appreciated.
Requirements:
* Ability to assist with project scoping for proposals to clients including timings, requirements, technical specs etc
* Ability to assist with planning projects, creating project plan documents (this to be created project manager)
* Able to advise on best direction to take for projects – database architecture, sitemaps, wireframes etc.
* Able to work with project manager to ensure the project is being worked on in the most productive manner
* Final signoff on all deliverables to clients digital projects
* Work well with design team and able to advise if creative executions are possible within project scope
* A thorough understanding of SEO best practises.
* Able to advise on best web and digital practices for the agency moving forward
* Most importantly, able to have fun and laugh at ones self! We do this a lot!
I would also need to discuss your remuneration package based on where we are at a business and your skill set. If you could please get back to me on the above, I will then review and hopefully have a verbal offer for you tomorrow for you think about over the weekend with intentions to have contracts in place for early next week.
