关于first home buyer bonus

现在是不是出新政策了，我去网上看了下
联邦加了2000aud，在今年下半年
1 July 2010 to 30 June 2011 (contract date)

If you are eligible to receive the Grant, you may also be entitled to receive an additional payment of  $13,000 (for new homes only), known as the First Home Bonus (the Bonus).

To be eligible to receive the Bonus, the purchase price of the property must not exceed $600,000.
但是 regional bonus,也就是州政府给的，也加了2000到6500
1 July 2010 to 30 June 2010 (contract date)

For contracts entered into for the purchase or construction of a new home in a regional municipality in Victoria, an additional $6,500 regional bonus is also available (in addition to the $13,000 bonus).

这样是不是一共就是 原有的7000+13000+6500=26500？

简单一点讲，从7月1号起：

新房：

Regional areas (不是melbourne市的）：$26,500
Melbourne: $20,000

现房：$7,000
这个条款的出现主要是为了创造更多的就业机会，政府希望此项条例到明年可以增加24300个工作岗位。

市郊是2万6500
市区是2万，
二手房的降了，这样的改变不会影响政府的预算太多。
但是会适当鼓励一部分白领到新区买房。
