请大家帮忙看一下这个律师的收费是否规矩！！总觉好像是删除了一些服务！

这是律师给我发的他们的费用，我总觉得有问题，感觉就像是这$950 本来包括了1.2.3.4.好几项但是被他给删掉了只留了第一项。大家帮我看一看


Our Fees



Our cost for an ACT purchase is $950 plus GST. Our service will include the following:



1. Conveyancing (including liaising with your bank, agent and other side solicitors to execute a full transfer of the land) as well as lodgement with ACT Revenue and dealings with the Land Titles Office; and


In order to commence work on your matter we will require a deposit of 60% of the fixed fee paid into our trust account either by EFT or cheque to the following account:

---------------------问题在这里 怎么只有1， 就没有2，3了 是不是有些忽悠人啊，请大家帮忙看看 ！！

应该还要包括一些必须要进行的查询的相关费用，比如过户前的title search等等。看起来你律师想故意把这些费用剥离出来单独收费。另外大家最后说的价格都是GST inclusive，你的还$950加GST，是我肯定不用这个律师。

我已经换律师了， 不过好像鬼佬律师收费都是好贵 后来找的这个全包但是要1177.00 全包括，还是觉得贵，悉尼800就可以搞定，堪培拉这个地方什么都贵！！！

我用的一家最后913总共，基本价格700(incl GST)
现在好多打基本价格685广告的
要注意他们单独收费的项目，
然后比如交stamp duty之类的能自己跑revenue就自己跑：）

看来我找的还是很贵很贵！！ 不过她态度超好，希望物有所值吧！
