For any tax entity, whether you are an individual or a company, you have an obligation to loge your tax return on an annual basis, it does not depend on whether your business makes a profit or not. Even if you do not have any taxable income, as I mentioned in other responses, you will still need to notify the Tax Office that you have no obligation to lodge a tax return for a particular financial year.
In your case, you will need to lodge a tax return from the financial year that your company was incorporated. It is also recommended, though not compulsary, that you prepare a financial statements for your company to release your director's responsibilities against future liabilities.
Here is the form you need - 2009 Company Tax Return form (http://www.ato.gov.au/taxprofess ... ontent/00188911.htm). Here is the instructions to complete the form if you want to DIY (http://www.ato.gov.au/taxprofess ... ontent/00189344.htm). Of course, you can always find a tax agent to help you with your company's tax return or accounts.
