Here is the latest report, try some popular spot as below.... GOOD LUCK, MATE
Lakes Entrance: Trevally are biting off the “Scallop Wharf”. Plenty of Flathead and Salmon are being taken in the Reeve Channel. Some flying Gurnard have also come “on the bite” Best bait is pilchard.
Lake Tyers: Pagey's Report - Lake Tyers has seen some good fish caught this week.
The best flathead at 94cm, and a bream at 48cm. They're the best I've seen so far. However, you have to work hard early morning, or at dusk. Plastics and bait are both working well, with prawn and pilchard the best.
The surf has seen salmon and flathead enjoying bluebait and squid on the top or bottom of the tide.
The bottom of the lake is still producing prawns at night, with many out for the hunt.
With a great forecast this weekend, it is a good chance to "get amongst them" .... good luck!
