新买了房，还没搬进去，但是收到了账单。我就留意了一下气表，11月5日65562，11日65593。但是没有闻到煤气的气味。

我以为是室外壁炉没关或漏气，让壁炉公司的人（A）来年检，他看了说不是，然后在煤气表加压说漏气。隔天又和他儿子一起来，把所有用气的用具都关了，加压检查，说气管露出水泥地面的部分没问题，需要挖地，而且不确定是地下哪段漏了，如果是通到奶奶房的那段漏了，就干脆保留主屋的管道，把通到奶奶房部分的气管切断，奶奶房的炉灶和热水器改用电的。后来发短消息给我：
I think it would be best if we disconnect the old gas line under the concrete then test all the newer gas lines so then we can work out where the leak is
Will need to get new attachment for meter end （他说煤气表旁的橡皮圈老化）
Will cost about $750
意思是把主屋在水泥地下的管道也切断，重新铺管（估计觉得水泥地不好挖）。

感觉工程有点大，所以我找了另一个plumber （B），我在FB的本地群问了，有几个人推荐他。B来看了一下，说没漏，是settle的时候跟前房主账单没结清所致。我说气表的确在走，他还是坚持他的说法。我就把煤气表关了24小时（家里所有用气的用具还是关着），煤气表没走。然后又开了24小时，读数从65624.710变成65624.712，很小的变化。B坚持没漏气。

我又问了C，也是FB本地群几个人同时推荐。C说不确定，需要做加压试验。

请问现在我该听谁的？先让C来做加压吗？

A加压如果漏了，大概率是某段漏了。不确认可以再叫C加压测一次。

不符合逻辑啊，你自己测24小时漏0.002，那怎么11月5日到11日走了31个字？确定5日到11日没人在房子里用煤气？你自己再多测几天，如果还是一天0.00几那不就是没漏

所以一开始我以为是壁炉没关，让壁炉公司的人来年检

会不会是哪个 gas appliance 出问题了？第二天A和他儿子把所有的 gas appliance 都彻底关了，比如 stove 是把下面的烤箱挪出来，关掉里面的总开关。壁炉也是把旁边的板拆开，关掉总开关。燃气热水器、暖气都是把机器的总开关关掉了。

当时所有的gap appliance 都关了，他确认了一下。然后肉眼看了管道，从煤气表一直到家里露在地面上的部分。他当时没带工具，所以没有检测。

不要纠结数字，以加压力测试为准。看是看不出的。这是基本操作，一般都不会错。多半A对。要是信不过就在叫一个人做一次压力测试。

找C来，和A一样的加压方法，说轻微漏气，我看机器的读数是120。

然后C推荐了常用的 leak detection 公司 D 来查漏气的具体位置。D来以后，先从自己车里拖出管子，用车子的装置在煤气表处加压，可能变化不明显，还问我 C 是否查出泄露。我做了肯定回答，D又加大了压力，然后拿着检测设备在房子露出地面的管道接口，以及房子的电器接口处都测了，只有后面的奶奶房热水器这里稍有反应，室外热水器的管道接口处、室内浴室的排气扇处，仪器读数都是5（时断时续，有时测又是0）.

然后D就在房子和奶奶房中间的草地上用工具戳洞，用检测设备测洞口。有一处仪器显示40.

$532待付，后面还要派人来排查。

目前出了报告是这样的：

Conclusion
A gas leak has been confirmed on the property, with the suspected location being underground in the area between the pool and the rear granny flat. The exact point requires further testing and exposure of the gas line.

Recommendations
Return to site to cap off the gas lines and regulator.
Conduct a comprehensive compressed air and audible leak detection test to precisely locate the leak.
Once located, excavation and repair of the affected gas line wil be required.
Keep the gas supply isolated until repairs are completed to ensure safety.

作为一个plumber，让我来帮你捋一捋，首先有一点认知你要知道的就是：即使你家所有燃气设备没有使用，燃气表仍然会走，微小的走非常正常，应为每家的燃气表上都有一个vent，是膜片式小阀门，当你们街区附近燃气主干道压力波动时，你家的燃气表vent会为了保护设备，在压力波动大时瞬间啪的开一下膜片阀门vent，进行突然泄压，从而有微量气体从你家气表流出并走微量的字，这就是为什么你没用气还会走表。你这个走表的量看起来是这情况。我建议你早晚用气量波动大时，蹲守气表旁边观察读数，看是不是突然性的放一下气，走一下表，而不是连续性的走表。

其次，不能排除燃气管道有泄漏情况，为了安全起见，只有打压测试才能发现自家管道是否漏气，关掉所有燃气设备的单独进气小阀门，从燃气表位置断开并连接测试设备，因为一般家庭的管道体积小于30L，所以打压到7kpa ,进行5分钟压力测试，如果能保持压力就是不漏，测试必不可少，而且是唯一办法知道你家漏不漏。

最后，如果有些用气设备没有单独隔离的进气小阀门，意味着你的压力测试只能打到2kpa左右，属于连着设备进行打压，这时候要注意是不是一些小连接软管的问题，喷肥皂水多测测。
750刀只是测试的钱，如果走新管道，闭着眼猜也要上千了，而且是好几千，所以找个靠谱的plumber好好测测，真的漏了再说修，别花冤枉钱。

我刚看到那个老外的报告，他的测试报告显示的确不能保压，这样意味着是存在泄漏的，需要监听设备查找了，你要衡量一下干脆走新管线便宜，还是查出泄漏后刨地再维修便宜。因为工作量不同，有时候直接掐断一条疑似泄漏的支路管线，再走新管线反而更便宜

我的经验是关掉媒气开关，如果还有媒气味儿， 报媒气公司来修，不是你的责任，不需要付费。开煤气开关，家里的媒气设备不要使用看表是否转，如果不转说明不漏，气表周围有一点点味是正常的。确保家里没有味即可，如果家里的气灶有味要自己清Plumber 了。

那我现在把D具体检测的内容+报告发给C，告诉他目前初步检测结果是在草地下面泄露，如果截断旧管道（这一段只是通到后面奶奶房），需要多少费用？

然后比较截断旧管和继续检测的费用，哪个便宜做哪个？

如果草地下的管道泄漏，是需要一定的工作时间来找漏点的，我假设在不挖地确认具体漏点位置之前，你就能充分估计就是这条奶奶房分支漏，并且幸运的话，分支在地上能找到分叉的地方，直接把地上的分岔位置盲掉，就省了挖地的费用，以后你别用这一路去奶奶房的燃气也就是了。这是我在不知现场的情况下，想盲猜到的最省钱并且安全的解法。

其他任何需要找准确漏点，并挖土修漏的过程，都要至少四位数起步。

一点点浅见，具体还得咨询你的plumber，安全无小事，该花钱就花钱，house本来就是修完这里修那里

就是重新造一路管道去奶奶房？谢谢你的建议，有后续会在这里说的。

昨天D来了2个人，用图片的仪器查了以后，估计头疼，先来问我：你是怎么知道管道泄露的？我回答了，然后两人商量了一会，其中一人又打电话，然后跟我说有很小的泄露，他可以下次来继续查，但可能永远找不到泄漏点，我问是不是可以不管，直接搬进来用气，他说他不会给我证明，除非我另外找plumber，又建议我重新铺管子，并介绍E来铺管道。公司的报告也大致是这个意思。请问我可以让D公司提供这两人的检测数据吗？

公司给我的报告如下：

Re-attended site to further investigate and locate suspected underground gas pipework due to ongoing indications of a smal gas leak.

Inspection Summary
An attempt was made to trace and pinpoint the underground gas line using specialist detection equipment.
Readings obtained during the inspection were inconsistent and did not provide a strong or confident location of the existing gas pipework.
A second manometer pressure test was carried out, which continued to indicate a very smal gas leak present on the system. Due to the low volume of leakage, pinpointing the exact location is difficult and would require significantly more time, along with intrusive investigation works such as excavation.
The age and condition of the existing gas pipework also contribute to the difficulty of accurate detection.

Findings
Underground gas pipe location could not be confidently determined.
Second manometer pressure test confirmed an ongoing minor gas leak.
Leak is too smal to accurately trace without extensive and intrusive works.
Existing gas pipework appears aged and may be deteriorating.

Conclusion
A smal gas leak is present, but due to inconsistent detection signals and the condition of the current
pipework, the exact leak point could not be located within reasonable time or without major invasive works.

Recommendations
Strongly recommend rerunning the gas line with new pipework to eliminate the leak and ensure compliance with current standards.
Instaling new gas piping wil:
Ensure the system is free from leaks.
Provide clear, known pipe locations for any future works.
Reduce the need for intrusive leak-tracing methods
