non profit means you don't get to keep any of the money generated from the forum, it will require annual audit by a registered auditor. there are very stricit rules when it comes to non profit organisations. if your intention is to make money from this website and keep those money for your own personal use rather than distribute all in the forms of donations, then non profit is not the way to go. |
