父母143签证不同时登陆，办理medicare是不是一人一张卡，会不会影响safety net？谢谢。

这个。。。，还没登陆的那个人等于没有激活pr，也不属于居住在澳洲，应该还没有资格办理Medicare，只能先办理已经登陆的

Families and couples

If you’re part of a family or couple, you can register as a family to combine your costs. This means you’re more likely to reach the thresholds sooner. Even if all family members are on the same Medicare card, you’ll still need to register.
You only need to register once.
If you’re registered and your family situation changes, you’ll need to let us know. This includes having a child or separating from your partner.
You can register or tell us about a change in your family situation by either:
filling in the Medicare Safety Net couples and families registration and amendment form
calling the Medicare program.

我妈先办的卡，我爸后办的卡，一人一张卡。但是可以把我爸加到我妈的卡上，但是我懒得弄。
SAFETY NET, 我当时填了表，说他们是COUPLE, 然后交给MEDICARE.我爸妈就关联上了。
