Responsibilities
• Taking jobs from the Incident Management queue (Clarify) to support hardware and software within the Optus environment;
• Provide local 2nd level desktop support to Windows XP environment;
• Help to create additional remote site tools;
• Contribute information and articles to technical KB database
• Assist in the refinement of remote site support processes at weekly meetings;
• Understand and consistently exceeded the Service Level Agreement for the customer account;
• First line of defense to assess cases that are not related to the IT Desktop Break/Fix group.
Candidate Profile
• At lease 2 years experience in a similar environment;
• Degree or technical certification;
• Strong customer service skills;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills gained in a customer service environment;
• A creative thinker, this person demonstrates initiative and is willing to go the ‘extra mile’;
• Track record of being a team player, in a changing environment.
