Notice of Death
1.The Vendor will on completion, ensure a Notice of Death of XXXX in registerable form is created in the Electronic PEXA workspace and ready for lodgement at the time of settlement.
2.The Vendor will allow to the Purchaser, as an adjustment on settlement, the lodgement fee for the Notice of Death.
3.The Purchaser shall not be entitled to make any objections, requisition or claim in respect thereof.
