急！求助！这种房客能租吗？

旧房客Break the lease了，现在有一个新申请人，两夫妻34 岁和41岁，女的在医院做护士，男的自己开公司process cooling solutions。带两个小孩一个2岁，一个13岁。他们之前住的地方，已经同意有一部分钱从BOND里面扣，具体是什么中介也没说。另外最重要的是，被中介查到他们之前有一笔钱被追债公司要过，但是好像已经还了。
我把中介的原文贴在下面，请问像这种情况的房客可以租吗？谢谢大家！坐标塔思，HOBART。

I have received an application on the property. It is from a family of 4 (34 & 41) – 2 adults and 2 children (2 & 13). The wife works for the Royal Hobart hospital as a registered nurse and the husband runs his own business for Process cooling Solutions. Their rental references have checked out and confirm rent is paid on time and property looked after. Here was an amount agreed to be taken from previous bond. The agent said they would rent to them again. There were also some small outstanding amounts with Tasmania Collective Service(追责公司) but they have been paid on demand.  Their character references have come back fine as well.
