*回中国时，vodafone手机卡办理漫游，在国内能上油管推特吗？

澳洲的手机卡，如果回国1个月探亲时，办理漫游，是不是相当于在中国用VPN？我的意思是：在中国使用vodafone的卡，能不能看油管、推特、脸书？
好多年没回去了，真的不懂。各位不要见笑。
年龄大了，有些真的不懂。麻烦了解的朋友给赐教一下！

如果办了漫游，在中国国内用手机看油管，流量怎么算？是不是和在澳洲户外（非wifi）看油管的流量一样？比如，我在澳洲的每月流量是20G，假设能看5小时油管视频。到了中国国内是不是也能看5小时？

是的，流量都一样的，而且你应该也有套餐预警，也会提示你的

我小孩用Optus刷油管刷tiktok刷各种社交软件，没有问题
