Amazon Prime is available as a subscription through Optus SubHub to new Amazon Prime members and existing members with an expired or inactive account. Existing members with an active account can take up the 6 months on us offer detailed below (provided you meet the criteria) and your existing membership payments will be managed through your Optus account and covered by Optus for 6 months, after which you will revert to ordinary billing through Amazon. If you have previously taken up a “6 months on us” or “12 months on us” offer via SubHub you are not eligible for this offer.
You will be taken to the Amazon Prime site to sign in to your account. By clicking ‘Agree’ (below) you are agreeing to the Amazon Prime Terms of Use and the any Optus subscription T&Cs
Your Optus account will include the SubHub monthly membership costs for Amazon Prime, currently $6.99/month, less any subscription discounts for promotional periods you are eligible for.
Optus may revoke your Amazon subscription without notice to you, if we suspect any breach of Optus T&Cs, Optus SubHub T&Cs or Amazon Prime Terms of us, including fraudulent activity, misuse of your subscription or violation of these terms or any applicable law.

These Terms cover eligibility, activation, billing, cancellation and other elements regarding the Amazon subscriptions obtained through Optus SubHub. Optus is a promotional and billing partner of Amazon. Amazon owns, operates and provides the Amazon services that are in your subscription.
