今早突然收到以下邮件，发件人是我自己在公司使用的邮址，收件人也是自己公司的邮址，收发邮址都相同。
唯一不同之处是，在我的名字第一个字母，发来的是 lower case，收件的第一个字母为 capital letter
以我所知，公司给我的设置是，我名字开头第一个字母是 capital letter.
内容如下：
