最近SMH和AFR上的确出现几篇文章讨论了目前distressed sale的比例全国范围已经开始上升,他们也预计从明年年初开始由于还款压力会有更多的房主抛售房产,但在整个市场中的比例应该不会太大,不构成太大风险。
