Bias

Confucious said, "people are born with pure mind, but gradually, they are polluted with bias".

This is the way I translated <Sanzijing>, in which I try to express, that pure mind is good, and bias is bad.

Unfortunately, we are all educated by biased knowledge.

Bias is like color. Along with our growing, we are grouped in different groups, and colored in different colors.
We are Chinese, so we are proud what we are, and always think that we are the best in the world.

American think they are the best, and British think they are the best.

We think that we should love parents first, while Westerner think that we should love everybody equally.

We prefer fried rice, and they prefer buttered bread.

So, who is right , who is wrong?

Is red the best color, or blue is the best one?

Chinese think red is the best one because of nationalist bias, while westerner think blue is the best one for its sybolic sign of peace.

everybody lives in bias, if you make a dispute with others, you are colored with different thought, and grouped with different group, that indicate  you have bias in your mind.

Nowadays, people always promote for clean environment.

yes, that is very important.

But. most of important things, I think, is, to wash the bias away, and make the mind pure, naked, without any color.

When we are naked, we are all the same, no matter you are high class, or low class, westerner, or easterner.

So, we should come back to the naked truth, let ming pure, without bias.

World peace, can only be saved when people are not biased.
