谢谢大家提出的建议，给与指点，我想想也不合理 明显有贬低中国产品的嫌疑。
下面是这家公司的具体说明，供大家参考。
Thanks very much for your time to discuss the proposal for your Solar roof panels, hot water system and battery and I have just sent the attached quote (458) on the previous automated email from our sales app (also below) and would like to follow it up with this more personalised email.
The changes I have made from the hand delivered proposal are:-
Added the battery for your “free night time power” and to be not reliant on the grid.
Added tilt frames due to your flat roof, the solar panels must be angled at the sun and not flat on a roof top.
I have raised the system from 6.4KW (16 panels) to an 8.4 KW system (21 panels) due to requiring more power to ensure the battery is fully charged every night including winter.
The cost of your solar roof panel system from page 5 that has the 5KW inverter and 8.4 KW of our black glass look 25 year warranty premium Silhouette panels (21 in total) and includes installation is $18,613.
The cost of the battery including installation is $14,447.
The cost of the PowerStore hot water system including installation is $4,850.
Total cost for the packaged offer is $37,910
The government rebates and Solahart incentives has you out of pocket only $29,468, about a third of the cost is rebated or incentivised and that is fantastic, the 5 negative figures on the proposal are:-
$500 from Solahart for a new 5KW+ solar system, valid for July, August and September 2022.
$3,115 is a national rebate for Solar roof panel STC’s and is an enticement for installing a solar system and benefiting the environment.
$2,950 is the solar Victoria battery rebate, to qualify your house must be valued under $3 Million and your annual income under $180K.
$1,400 is the solar Victoria interest free loan, again to qualify your house must be valued under $3 Million and your annual income under $180K.
$500 is a Solahart offer for a trade in for an old hot water system and is valid for July, August and September 2022.
I quoted on the premium black glass look silhouette panel with the Solahart 25 year warranty if my proposal is higher than you anticipated I can modify it by changing to the standard 15 year Solahart warranty Suncell panel and it will reduce my quote by about 20%, I have attached both brochures.
We also offer a 5 year interest free payment option, if interested you can keep the $29,468 in your back account and pay us off with $500.73 a month payments and your new system will be paid off in 60 months. Now here is an option to consider, why give us or anyone your $29,468, put it into your Superannuation, past returns averaged over the last 30 years that includes the crashes of the global financial crises, Covid-19 and all the other crashes is 11% (do some research) and at this rate it doubles every 7 years with the power of compound interest (interest on interest) so your $29,468 turns into $58,936 in 2029 and then doubles again in 2036, etc… and you get rid of your electricity bill too, how about that for an offer?
Installing the 8.4 KW system and a battery ensures you will pull very little power off the grid if any at all, the graph on page 2 states the orange is power used from the solar panels during the day for your home, the red is the solar panels charging the battery during the day, green is heating the PowerStore hot water unit and the blue is excess energy pumped back to the grid that you get paid 0.06c per KW. These figures are based on your electricity bill of 10,483 KW per year (29 KW a day) and all months of the year will be pumping excess energy back into the grid and gaining credits so every month your electricity bill should be going further into credit that you may wish to cash in every year at Christmas.
Our PowerStore hot water system is Solahart’s flagship hot water system, it is our “Rolls Royce” hot water system and we have 5 different solar hot water system to promote. The water is heated via the excess power from our 8.4 KW solar roof panels rather than sending the excess power back to the grid that you get paid a small $0.06c a KW for. No competitor in Australia has anything like this hot water system, additionally it comes with our 10 year warranty and again no competitor in Australia has a 10 year warranty with a hot water system. Solahart manufacture our hot water systems in Australia and all our competitors buy in bulk from China and many do not have a warranty at all.
Another consideration is has the $29,468 cost added this in value to your home, not many houses are advertised with the battery connection ensuring you are not reliant on the electricity grid and likely to never receive an electricity bill again, at the very least it will certainly make it easier to sell, realestate.com.au confirm 94% of buyers state solar roof panels is the number 1 addition to a house they are looking for and having the battery is a huge additional benefit.
Solahart manufacture our own equipment and therefore we cover the warranties and not a third party, most people find this important because if anything goes wrong in the next 25 years we must fix or replace the system and not handball you to the manufacture generally based in China as we are the manufacture. Solahart are the only solar company in Australia to manufacture our own solar roof panels and all our competitors (will they still be here in 25 years) buy in bulk from China. Our standard Suncell panel have a 15 year warranty and our premium Silhouette panel comes with a 25 year warranty and our Silhouette panels have the black glass look (no silver frame or lines) and we guarantee these panels will still be on your roof under warranty in the year 2047. Solahart also offer the Solahart warranty on the Goodwe inverter of 10 years ensuring we are a one stop shop company.
