Hire Purchase 现在也是应用 IFRS１６　吗？　和 financial lease 的 journal是一致的吗？

Short answer is yes. If the hire purchase agreement meets the definition of a lease and is not specifically scoped out (e.g. Short term or low value) then it is included in the AASB/IFRS 16 accounting treatment.
