We are a leading national provider of solar power solutions for residential home owners, full scale commercial systems and a b2b wholesaler and is looking for an office manager to join our dynamic team.
Role:
Accounts payable & receivable incl. debt collection.
To manage the sales teams, admin staff and assist them with their enquiries.
To liaise with customers, suppliers and installers and solve problems.
To manage the operation of office.
Other ad-hoc tasks.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
Ability to work within the team and adapt quickly to a changing environment.
Outstanding customer service and problem solving skills.
Strong team management skills.
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Previous experience in a similar role and previous experience in solar industry will be highly regarded.
