With your property management background coupled with a positive can-do attitude you'll provide efficient, professional and dedicated service ensuring customer service levels are continually achieved. The Role:
Ground Property provide a diverse working environment and your role will vary daily and may include:
Ensuring you maintain positive relationships with all clients and communicate regularly.
Manage all enquiries through Inspect Real Estate.
Conduct all Open for Inspections
Complete tenant application process including references checks
Liaise with Property Managers and arrange New Tenancy documentation.
Conduct detailed ingoing and outgoing condition reports for all properties.
Arranging and attend all routine inspections
Attending to urgent maintenance as required within company policy and legislative requirements.
Rental Payment management
Logging all maintenance requests to the system when reported and arrange within timely manner ensuring instructions are obtained by the owner.
General Administration and assistance to the team
Have a strong desire to provide 1st Class customer service to our clients.
Must be well spoken, well presented, have fantastic organisation skills and show a high level of initiative.
To be successful in this role you will possess:
Experience in a property management division
Strong attention to detail
High level of relationship management and ability to build trust and respect
Excellent business and technical communication skills (written and verbal)
REIV agents representative certificate (required)
Current Police Check
Competent in Microsoft Office Suite specifically Excel and Word
Knowledge of Property Me, Inspect Real Estate Inspection Express, 1Form
