Administrator Responsibilities:
• Understand Bookkeeping concept
• To oversight the production plans toward improved efficiency with internal processes
• Coordinate the sales and marketing operation through efficient customer services
• Sales order processing
• Office clerical support
• Documentation and Filing
• Shipment arrangement
• Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters)
• Stock level monitoring
• To assist the Manager to develop long-term strategic initiatives
• Support the Management in all aspects of operations, including sales, marketing, and public relations
Administrator Requirements:
• Preferred experience in Health Supplement and Pharmaceuticals industry
• 3+ years’ experience working as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Basic Bookkeeping knowledge and familiar with accounting packages, MYOB, will be an advantage
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail
• Able to complete administrative tasks with minimal supervision
• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, business or related field required
Expected Start Date: January 2021
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $50,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year, plus Superannuation
